The NORDOCK® Constructor™ Series of Mechanical Dock
Levelers are designed exclusively for the construction
industry offering a quality, affordable and
easy-to-install dock leveler in capacity ratings from
25,000 - 45,000 Ibs. The levelers standard features
include welded structural side guards, security night
locks, ergonomic walk-down lip extension and comes with
two heavy-duty dock bumpers. The open-frame design
provides easy cleaning of the pit area. The Constructor™
Series Levelers also include our exclusive “Guaranteed
to Outperform” Warranty.
Built for the toughest loading dock
The platform structure has a 33% dual side beam to
deck weld pattern and continuous welds at the header
plate and hinge tubes for superior strength. The deck
plate, lip plate, beam sections and lugs are constructed
of minimum 50-55,000 PSI yield material. The frame has a
minimum of five solid steel rear supports, five hinge
connections and a full width rear hinge rod.
Easy release activation
The operator releases the holdown at the rear of the
platform until the deck is raised and stopped. The
operator walks the platform down extending the lip onto
the truck bed. The deck will float up and down with the
truck during loading. The standard 16” long lip will
extend out and engage a truck bed 12” above and below
floor level.
